I love smiling. It gives me a good feeling.
I'm usually the person you will find smiling at a stranger in the street, or smiling at the little bird that flew in front of me:)
I use to completely believe that if I smiled things would always feel better, now ... well, I still smile, but I am more realistic. Which makes my smile more genuine, I"m not waiting for life to smile upon me, I just smile because I enjoy it :)

We would have loved to smile all the time my dear as2006 except the situations of eery day life donot make this possible-there ae many stressful situations that wipe away our smiles-For instance, I wanted to make today the happiest day for me-my son comes over to say he wanted to go and buy some bread for his tea, He looked versatile and healthy-he rides off on his bike-for 1 hour we werent seeing, then we asked his brother to follow, what did he find? The young man had fallen off his bike and broken a collar bone, a good samaritan brought him home. You cannot smile at a situation like this can you? Each new day brings situations that attempt to take away our smiles, and anyone who tries to appear smiling for 365 days or even just a week must be a super human!

Yes it is and I think most of us know this but its just difficult to do. It falls under things that are easy to say difficult to do. I don't know why its difficult to just keep smiling when you don't lose anything in so doing but instead you have everything to gain.
For me, I don't like to smile at anybody I don't know because they might think they can easily push me around. At least that's what I think. I maybe wrong but that's the way I defend myself from abusive people.
I wonder what other people's reasons are...
