I've never heard of this alarm. I wonder if it can be bad for you eyes. It probably wouldn't work for me because I sleep with my head under the covers. Plus I like my noisy alarm clock.

Huh?! I've never heard of an alarm clock like this. Actually, it sounds pretty neat! I rarely set an alarm, I usually wake up exactly 8 hours after I go to sleep. When I do have to set an alarm, I absolutely hate that jangling because it always makes me jump out of bed. I'll have to check into this one, it sounds a little nicer to wake up with.

Ah Jasmine...ya got me there hahahaha! (Talk about yer big 'duh' moment!) And here I am thinking it's some kind of new alarm that controls the light switch or something. Geez, I wake up that way every day anyhow.

I never heard about it. But if it was real, it might need a huge lamp to make the room gets brighter until you'll wake to shut it off, so it would consume more electricity. Can you imagine how it could be?

Yup, of course, my alarm call me each 10 munits after 6:30 am in every morning, I'm lazing around in bed every morning. It's really hard to wake me up. So the alarm's screach could wake me up.
My roommate, we have different class in every morning. She has three alarms.LOL. Maybe I should learned from her. It's a joke.
You know, people like to scrunch in warm quilt...

No, I have never seen it or heard about it, but I don't usually keep current on the news about alarms :) I rarely need one. I tend to wake up at the same time each day without alarm which is a blessing because I have trouble waking up with the noise from it.
At first the one you describe seems to make more sense to me and I would prefer it to a noisy alarm, but I don't know how bright it would get, if it's too bright it would probably bother me as much as a sound alarm.
So I guess I will just keep the same way I do each time. When I feel that I am too tired and might not wake up on my own at the right time, I usually set up my cell phone alarm which I can get low enough not to give me an headache as I wake up.
