I started with one & I was hooked. Her books are simply amazing. I have read every single one and await anxiously when she writes a new one and read it right away. So thats usually 1 to 2 a year. They are of the true crime genre.

You sound a lot like me. Back in 2004 I was bored and out looking for a book to read. I saw " The Stranger Beside Me" (Ted Bundy story) so I picked it out and decided to give it a try. Ever since that day, I have been hooked on Ann Rule too. I think I have almost all of hers, but there are a few out there I haven't gotten around to yet. I just bought her new book a few days ago (Too Late to Say Goodbye) and can't wait to read it.
By the way, if you like Ann Rule, you should definitely read Kathryn Casey's books. She, in my opinion, is even better than Ann Rule, and those are some hard shoes to fill !

I'm a big fan of true crime books. Although I don't read all of her books, I do think that she is one of the better true crime writers.
