Its very sad, That CHILDREN are having children, and those kids end up Screwed up because their parents are not mature aenough to take proper care of them, In fact i was watching Dr phil the other day (i dont watch hin often LOL) and he had a 16 yr old and 18 yr old and they admitted to neglecting theur children because they wanted to be KIDS, party drink, and do teenage things.
