This time it happened in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the Zoo Negara or the National Zoo. This is another case where people had failed to follow instructions and read all the warnings and cautions that have been put up there. It is lucky that this girl did not die like the Indian guy in my previous post.
“Some people throw stones at crocodiles to see them move. Yesterday (Saturday), we found an umbrella inside Manja’s enclosure, and today a mandarin orange,” he said.
"Asked if the zoo would compensate the girl’s parents, he said no. Instead, he said, they could take legal action against the parents for allowing the girl to trespass the barrier."
Based on the story, the leopard or the zoo cannot be blamed for this. Instead, the parents should be responsible for not heeding the instructions and warning.
Look at the picture of the little girl here: http://www.shareapic.net/content.php?id=5042519&owner=shaxx

The person was in Gauhati zoo and did not pay heed to the rules of the zoo and was thus mauled by the tiger. It is very well said "one should not cross one's limit".
