firstly,have two bottles of milk everyday in the morning and evening.
then,eat more fruits and vegetables it can bring you more vitamins directly.
thirdly, go for a walk after meals,it can help you degist the food what you eat.don't eat too much in dinner.
finally,try your best to do some exercise that takes you several minutes is OK.

I make sure, I eat vegetables daily and drink a lot of water. I also take my vitamins everyday. I must admit even if I want to exercise regularly, laziness gets the best of me.

hi merry christmas ok my daily routine is wake up early then exercise then eat my breakfast, drink water everytime and eat fruits, veggie sometimes i dont cook vegetable i made veggie salad and sleep 7 hrs a day sometimes i sleep more 7 hrs specially when im tired but i exercise everyday 2 or 3 x a day thats suggest by my physical therapies because i have scoliosis:-)

I alway drink milk and go to sleep early, and keep in good sleep mood.
If you have time, I suggest you take more exercises. I do not like exercise, so...
Don't forget take care your food and drink.

Good morning, dear rosema. To make my body healthy, I eat more vegetables than meat. I try to eat fruits as possible as I can. I have healthy drink, like milk and fruit juice. I drink a lot of water or tea to make the bowel movement more smooth without getting constipation. This is from the angle of diet.
From another angle of exercise, I take a walk every day, which is a good exercise for me and I like it. I also like to ride my bike to exercise my legs on my days off once in a while around the mountain in my town.
I have a positive mind to avoid being negative to help my body healthy, which is also a very important factor.

In summer, that's swimming. For other season, I run every morning for about 30 to 60 minutes. And sometimes after supper I go to walk or play pingpong ball. I like doing those after supper, that 's really the best of me in the whole day. And I seemed don't have other kind of excersise about to keep my self healthy. I think I still need more excersise, I don't think I'm healthy enought.
