I want the comapany to be a good and renouned one. I also want that it would be paying me good package amd work culture must be amazing and flexible. Also i want it to award employees according to their performance and be fare in this regard.

to actually acknowledge good workers, and not only focus on your bad points, e.g. a customer went to customer services and filled in about a compliment form of how helpful i was to her and made her day a bit easier, i only found out about this because a friend of mine who sends the forms of to everyones managers told me about it, however my manager never mentioned it to me, but when i'm scanning too quickly the managers come to you straight away to tell you. i dont think its very fair, i'm seen a lot of it going on

Good working atmosphere, equality , team work, then good experience , more over every month first salary first of all are working for the salary ,

What does any employee want? I guess what I want is to do good interesting work. I want to feel that I'm making a difference in the world. I want to be well compensated. And last but not least, I to have a work/life balance that makes sense.
