Is there anybody who has a broken relationship and still wish that persons on festivals like christmas, new year etc?
Actually when you love someone and later broke up, you remember that person more on days of celebrations, festivals etc, is not it?
So are you going to wish or just keep mum?

When a relationshipm it's over, that's it....it's over. Wishing it was different is childish and immature. When I was younger I was silly enough to wish but I should have wished for wisdom. If a relationship doesn't work out, it's best to move on and search your heart for truth to be the best you can be. Wasting time on something that is not to be is silly. Give your heart time to heal and your mind time to grow. Look at your expectations of self and others and discard what is not required and keep what is good.

It rarely happens in South Indian Families. And definitely in our orthodox (I like to be orthodox) family, such a thing is one in thousand. So I have no history or chemistry of relationship to explain to you. I am glad such a situation has not come in my life.

subha, much as i hate to admit it, especially on this day of forgiveness, caring and sharing, i really don't maintain any contacts with my broken past. it is not that i still harbour feelings of hate or anything, it is just that i don't want to have to do anything more with that person because i realise that things will never be the same again.

hi subha! ^__^ Merry Christmas!
me and my ex-bf wished each other a Merry Christmas last night. ^__^ we didn't break up nicely but eventually we became friends again that's why there's no harm in wishing each other a happy holidays. ^__^ its true that we remember special persons during special occasions because they have been with us when we celebrate that occasion. and even if we have broken up a long time ago, its for the sake of the times we've spent together that we greet each other during occasions. ^__^
oh, and i also greeted him during his birthday last December 20. ^__^

I just received a text message from my ex-GF wishing me merry X'mas. I was a bit surprised for we have broken up for such a long time, unconnected. I think I will not remember the old lovers. If I still immerse in my ex-lover, then I might be disloyal to my present lover.
