Link: http://llmwx.net/scpde107/news.php?item.86 A Titusville resident was in critical condition at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio on Sunday following a one-vehicle accident Saturday at 5:05 p.m. along SR 8 and Progress Avenue, just north of Klapec Trucking, Sugarcreek Borough, Venango County. According to Franklin-based state police, the operator of the vehicle was 21-year-old Ross Fike. Police said the crash occurred as Fike was traveling south on SR 8 at an extremely high rate of speed. Fike attempted to steer his vehicle around a slight curve just south of Cauvel's Auto Sales and lost control of the car. Police said the vehicle began to spin counter-clockwise, traveling across the northbound lane and collided wth a guiderail. The vehicle then spun across the road, entering Progres Avenue. Police said the car traveled across Progress and entered a culvert, striking a embankment. The vehicle then rolled onto its side, coming to rest in a drainage ditch. Troopers said the roof of the vehicle had to be removed in order to extricate Fike. Rocky Grove VFD assisted state police at the scene with traffic control as well as extrication. Community Ambulance assisted with the transport of Fike. Police said Fike was transported to St. Elizabeth Health Center via helicopeter. Please support him and say a prayer. He really needs them!!!

My prayers go out to the family! Such a sad thing to happen. I knew him and he was a wonderful person. I remember when I was in like 10th grade he would have been in 5th or 6th. He gave me a ring and asked me to marry him. LOL. He was such a cute guy I said yes! And to think now hes laying in a hostpital and we cant help him. I really hope with some prayers and good luck he will wake up and be ok. We love you ross and hope you come back to us!

I prayed for Ross. I do not know his last name nor yours or whether it matters, but I am sure that God is looking over him, and that we do not know when he will wake up, whether this Christmas or the next or the next. We know in this day and age, miracles for comatose patients are really needed with all this horrible talk of those people who want to pull the plug, so I am intensifying my prayer.

Im very sorry to hear about that. But i think i read another post that he was out of a coma? Anyways my thoughts and prayers will be with him and his family.

I missed this discussion, I saw the update and didn't know what to say because I didn't know the details.. It's good that he is awake, I will pray for a complete healing for your friend..:)
