some of us are not hot tempered, has long patience, but what triggers you to start a fight?

My emotion to get even triggers me to fight back and not to start a fight. I don't start a fight usually. I sometimes cannot control myself, and I'm trying to work on myself.

to fight back is not bad as long as you are right.

I am a usually calm person and I am always in control of my emotions. But if people hurt the people I care for, this really makes me angry. I may start a confrontation.
