Hello. The best way to read a book is when you have free time. You can lay down on your bed and start reading, and just forget about the World, your mind can travel in the book. It's just a shame that, nowadays, people create a kind of prejudice against some readers. This happens most between the teenagers. Read a book, and you are the "nerdy". This is a bad thing, actually, but still shouldn't keep you away from reading. Respectfully.

I read books whenever I get a chance too. I realized now a days I do a lot more reading on the computer whether it is an eBook or RSS feeds. As far as fiction goes I can go through two or three books a week. I read between commercials, while I am on the computer, before bed, when I wake up, and whenever I have nothing to do. Reading, no matter the material helps you brain work actively and I find myself a lot more relaxed.
