Chelle,
I don't get it either. It's been going on since I was in high school and has yet to stop. I think it's awful and just looks ridiculous!!! I personally don't like to look at other peoples underwear, so they need to buy a belt or buy some clothes that actually fit. Smile!!

i really am glad that i am not the only one that thinks this way i mean really if i wanted to see their underwear i would ask to see it but like you im not in the habit of looking at other peoples underwear.

I don't really mind it they are a little baggy but the whole showing of the underwear thing drives me crazy. There have been times I would just love to run up behind one of these individuals and give a little tug (because that's all it would take) and watch their pants fall down. That would be funny

This is fashion and fashion has no logic to explain. If a person likes to wear some thing strange, it is not others problem. It is his or her problem. Every one is free to wear as he or she desires. So we should not make us sick on thinking of such kind of problem. Fashion is fashion is nothing than fashion, so we should look it as we look to fashion.

People say thats passion man....
I think that the purpose of wearing those kind of dresses may be to help air flow free all round the body..
And Wearing the pants low helps the person to dress off easily when they reach home - may be....!!!!!!!!
