hi people hope i ring in with some useful response this time around. I am a 9 month runescape user(free) meele is the cheapest but "the" slowest. meele consists of:- 1)attack:- the one which decides how accurately u can hit 2)strength:- the one which decides how much damage you can inflict. see one can be a pure strength so as to inflict more damage but are highly inaccurate without attack levels. magic:- possible the best, fastest and low level high damage causer and a combat level deciever and again heres the "but" factor that its extremely costly.a spell which would iflict 15 damage costs over 500gp and more over any skill may not always hit its maximum and if it hits just "2" for a whooping 500gp? not possible. range:- when it comes to levelling is concerned range and magic stand together but the damage inflicted is more in lower levels of mage than range.the arows used for range varies from 6-120gp.and u can train well with arows worth 12gp(iron) so on the whole range is fast training and stands in between mage and meele so according to me range rules....

Your on the F2P side of the fence. Members make their own runes & their spell list is far more nasty.
