My oldest daughter is very good at art. She loves to draw, make "books" with pictures and words, and decorate anything and everything. She is pretty talented at it, too. It's so strange because before her 3rd birthday she was asking for art supplies. Crayons, paper, glue, etc. so we had a craft birthday party for her where everyone brought something craft related as a gift. She is now turning 7 in just a couple of weeks and she is STILL just as into it as she was. I would love to see her do something with art as she gets older because I have the least artistic talent possible. My younger daughter (now 5) has not really shown us a talent yet, unless she is possibly going to be a comedian. She is constantly making people laugh.

Oh, boy... more interesting stories about my kids. Like most moms I could talk all day about them! LOL Oh, here's a good one for you since your daughter is dancing. When my oldest daughter was 3 years old she wanted to do a ballerina class. It all started 6 months before when I read her a book about ballerinas. She had been bugging me ever since to take her to ballet class. So, when the parks and rec program had a class at a price that was affordable I enrolled her in it. She was SO looking forward to the day! On the first day of class she got all dressed up, went to class, then was out in the hallway crying on us for most of the lesson. I was so frustrated! My girl is usally not clingy, and I just couldn't figure out why she wouldn't stay in the class. On the way home she told us she didn't feel well. Once we got home she was just acting "off" still. So, I finally took her temperature, and it was 101 degrees! The poor baby had gone off to ballet class sick as a dog because she had looked forward to it for so long. I felt terrible after that! She danced for almost 2 more years after that and never did come out of class to find us again.
