For me, talents are not inborn because we can learn different talents while getting older. Inappropriateness may be applied like an infant can not have the talent of running or the deaf can not have the talent of deep hearing.
Gifts are the thing which are inborn because they are already given before we are born.
Do you agree that talents are inborn..?

Yes. We all have potential and it is up to us to develop it. The problem is that many of us don't realize those gifts until we discover them by accident in many cases....unfortunately.
We can take tests to try to discover those talents, read widely and keep an open mind, or just trying out different activities for "fun."

Well, you are right. Many people did not discover their gifts until they accidentally use it. But, if the gift is used in bad way for the first time it goes out, there is a high possibility that i will be used in bad things so better take care of your gifts that you already know.
happy new year...

Talents are inborn, but i personally feel that it depends on the line of interest.
