Homoeopathy... A Myth or a Medicine

Recently in India many Homoeopathic clinics have cropped up. These clinics mainly target treatment of Hairloss, Obesity, Asthma, Spondylitis, Arthritis etc... Does these kind of advertisements makes Homoeopathy a myth or help Homoeopathy look a better area for cure. If Homoeopathy is a systematic medicinal therapeutic area, then why most of the Homoeo clinics targets only these kinda diseases or conditions...

Some major medical schools, including Yale, Salford, and Harvard, now includes homeopathy as part of their medical curriculum. Its not just India.
