Contact Jagex?

I have been searching and searching and searching! How can i contact Jagex? Like send a mail to them were they acctualy respons. And i´m not talking about a lost password. I just wanted to contact them.
Please help me.

If you are a member, you just go to feedback. If you are a freeplayer, the only thing you can really do is to go to www.jagex.com and try to contact them. Or, if you have a member friend, ask them to do it for you. Don't even bother with the forums.
