do you put more than one picture?

I am selling some clothes and trying to figure out if it is worth putting more pictures of them on it. I am selling large lots of them and want to know if it seems to pay out better if you do this rather than just one large picture.

Yes, I do use more than one picture with apparel and I would highly recommend doing so if you're selling lots. My rule when listing an item on eBay is to think like a potential buyer. If you were looking at your listing, considering bidding on it, what information would you want to know? Would you want to see multiple pictures? Chances are you would. Think like a buyer and provide plenty of information, both verbal and visual, so eBay shoppers will stick around and, hopefully, bid or buy.
I don't pay eBay for the extra pictures, by the way. Instead, I host them elsewhere (auctiva) and code them into the body of my auction listing. I make mine a maximum of 500 pixels wide or tall so they're big enough but not too big.
Works for me!

I have never known how to put them in the body of my auction, I will certainly look into it. A big thanks!

I put in as many as I think it takes to help give potential buyers a good idea of what they are going to bid on. If one picture does the trick, then that's all I'll use, but with large lots of an items, I try to show of few views of what I'm offering.
Buyers like to see a few images of what your selling, it gives them a bit more confidence in bidding, especially when you are selling a bunch of items in a lot.

It is my opinion, that is always a good idea to post more then one picture up on whatever it is you are selling. The reason for this is simple. One should allow the potential buyer to get more then one view of whatever he or she is buying.
