i always keep it on all time, even when i sleep at night
is this good or bad ??
some people said that it's bad because it'll reduce the battery's durability
i used to turn it off at night, but since i entered college, many of my friends often phoned me until late enough, so then i just fell asleep and forgot to turn my cellphone off
when i woke up in the morning, the first thing i do is not take breakfast or take a bath, but i search my cellphone and check missed calls LOL
i know this is a bad habit, hahaa
well, is it ok to turn on your cell phone all time ??
i'm afraid my cellphone will be broken in a short time

I always leave my cell phone on. The cell company i go through so to try to turn it off at least once a day even for a couple of minutes. Maybe you should do this. If you do you shouldnt have any problems.

haha..
I am same with you.
I never switch off the phone unless it shut down itself when battery flat..
But I always try to put the phone far away from me when I sleep, to prevent too much of radioactive.
I am not sure about these, but when I put the phone far away when I sleep, I do sleep better on that night..

I leave my cell phone on all of the time. Maybe that is why my cell phones only last a few years.

My cell phone is on all the time, I never shut it off. I never have any problems with it or the battery.

Basically, it will really reduce the durability and life of the battery especially if we are not turning it OFF even once per day.
Keep in mind that cellphone is made of electric components, which may also overheat if this was turned ON for the whole day.
Personally, at night, I used to turn it OFF, as I know this will help prolong battery life. :-)

Hi,there! I think it's all right to keep the cellphone on all the time at the aspect of itself, but I don't think it's good for our health if we do that.Everybody knows that the radiation has a bad influence on our body.So if it's possible,we'd better get away from that.So it's good to switch the cell phone off when we're sleeping. However,if you really need that to be on,then try to make it be away from our head so that our brain won't be affected too much.Don't worry about the battery, they are broken anyways at last. This won't affect it too much.Have a nice day^_^

I generally leave mine turned on all the time and I don't really think it affects your battery all that much, it's when it's actually in use that the battery loses its charge. I think one thing to watch out for is to not charge it too much. If you put it on the charger constantly even when the battery isn't low, that will wear it out for some reason, same with a landline cordless phone.

I've had my phone on for almost five years, and haven't even replaced the battery on it!
I use it, charge the battery, re-use it, recharge the battery, use-it, and it hasn't quit yet!

Hello unuzzz,
I always switch on my cell phone 24/7. I don't receive so many calls but I am too lazy to switch off my cell phone every night and make it as my daily habit *smiles* Some people say that it is not a good habit but I am not too sure about it. It might reduce the life of your cell phone battery but as far as I am concern, it is not a big problem for me. I have been using the same cell phone for the past one year. It is still in a good condition *smiles*

It is okay to keep your cellphone on all the time as long as you do not keep it plugged into the charger constantly. Having your cellphone plugged into the charger when it is fully charged can cause for the battery life to shorten. It is best to let the cellphone drain atleast half way before putting it on the charger again.
