Tabata Protocol

Anyone of you out there tried the Tabata workout? If you have, please share your experiences here. If you are unsure what tabata is, you can google it up. Basically you do 20s of an exercise at full intensity den rest for 10secs, then repeat for 7 more times, totaling to up around 4 minutes of hardcore intense workout which will leave you breathless in no time. So far i have only attempted tabata squats, tabata thrusters, and tabata bike, which all left me sore for the next few days. it is a really good technique to use to break plateaus and to save time, especially those who are always busy.

Yes!! I love tabata. Its given me pretty good results. I have noticed visible differences in my legs and stomach. As hard as that is to believe, I have started to look more toned in a mere 10 days.
