How many of you are real frustrated with your work

Those are some of the reasons my job drives me up the wall! My recent pet peeve is trying to get time off, I can't even use up my holidays this year since no one seems to want to work these days! I stress out and then my job suffers, if only I could get some time off.

I'm only 6 months into my job and got really frustrated with the structure...infact, there is no structure at all. I am also not very happy with the management because people who do lots and stay back with them during crisis don't get increment. Those who practically sit there and do nothing get an increment. Someone who threatens to resign even got a counter offer double her pay. Why wouldn't I get frustrated!!
