How to teach a kid English

I have a chance to be a teacher for a group of kids. But I have never done such thing. Who can give me some advises~!

Give him a good environment. Talk to him in English.

I am not going to teach a boy but a group of kids. I am afraid that they will not accept me. however it's first time for me to be a taecher for the kids under 10
