its only few days and year 2007 will end...many people have there new year resolutions and try there best to do it!

for the new year of 2008, i am wishing for a stability in my career. I am hoping that I will be promoted into the managerial level next year. Judging by my performance evaluation and also from the responses from my managers, I sure hope it will be a good year for me next year.
After career stability, it will be time for me to settle down with my loved one. =)

My resolutions this year are to be in better health overall; like eating healthier and learning ways to relax better.
Last year my goal was to lose 10 pounds and I did it. The way to go is to make mini-goals throughout the year and stick with them. If you fall off a few times that is okay, as long as you keep restarting. Every time you start again, you get better at it,
