Renewing our vows

So, when my husband and I got married, we got married four days before he left on his first deployment 3 and 1/2 years ago. We got married at the court house and it just didn't feel right, even though I know that my husband is my soul mate. My family wasn't there, no one was there but two of our friends...who we are no longer friends with. We decided that we would renew our vows, but it was going to be on our fifth anniversary, but I had talked to him a couple of weeks ago about wanting that "dream wedding" I have always wanted and that I wanted to do it when he came home this time because whose to say he will be here on our fifth anniversary...so, he is actually excited about it now and we are going to do it on our fourth anniversary which is July 2, 2008. I am so excited. I have already put a down payment on my dress and everything. This is what I've wanted for so long and he's actually excited about it to...who could ask for more. He's already got people lined up so we can do the whole military wedding thing, where I walk down the aisle and under the swords and all that stuff. OH, i so can't wait. I just hope he's home in time for it so that it doesn't have to be postponed, but supposedly he will be home in May so that will give us plenty of time to get things together and in order by July. Just had to share in my excitement. thanks for reading and God bless everyone
