Accept your eyes as they are, Smaller eyes are very sexy and attractive and make you recognized whereever you go and many people wishes they have it.
Show yours and be proud of it, many wish to have your kind of eyes

One easy way to make your eyes look bigger is to do the "doe" eye trick. Take a nice shadow shade kit that works for you - browns or greys are good to start with. A duo shade is fine. Using a q-tip, take the darkest color and softly smudge along the lower lash - like eye-liner, but softer. Take the lighter shade and use it on the eye lid, getting good coverage for maximum highlight. Take the darkest shade again and place it (with the sponge applicator or the q-tip) in the crease of the eye. Blendoutward towards the eyebrow with a clean shadow brush.
Next take mascara and apply to the upper lashes. Place the mascara brush at the base of the lashes and wiggle several times to deposit good base color there,then sweep upwards. Try and make sure the lashes at the edge of the eye are definitely seperated- makes your eyes more 'awake'. The lower lashes use mascara gently and sparingly - it gunkifys too much.
Avoid like the plague eyeliner inside the lash line. This accentuates a small eye. In fact, using a light line of white liner inside the lash line (mainly upper lid)pops open the eye even more and makes the whites of the eye more white, opening the eye even more.
So does using a pearly-white bit of shadow under the arch of a clean, plucked eyebrow. Large, shaggy brows lower and decrease the eye - keep them clean and nicely arched. This is especially true if using those double-ended mascaras that give mega-length to the lashes - another great trick for making eyes look huge.
Use a lash-curler if desired, but I don't thinkthey areneccessary. I have found the curl dissapears right away anyways.

Hello Cindy, I have small eyes too.
To make them look bigger: start with 3 eyeshadows, all the same color, but different shades. The color and shades chosen should be complimentary, or, in other words, look natural on your skin.
Apply the medium shade to your eyelid.
Next, lightly apply the darkest shade in the crease of the lid.
Then, apply the lightest shade from the crease to the brow bone.
Carefully blend all shades together.
Next, apply eyeliner to top and bottom of eye. Apply a thin line to upper lid along the eyelash line.
Apply to lower lid, just outside of the pink area.
Finally, apply mascara to both upper and lower lashes.
For best results, make sure both eyeliner and mascara are the same color. I recommend black or brown.

The application of the different shades of a dark color is effective and somehow makes your eyes look naturally bigger. :D

Hi cindy405777,Use an eyelash curler to curl your eyelashes. If they are straight it will open your eyes right up!
I'd continue on with the clear, and brown mascara. You could also try a brown eyeliner just in the corner of your top lids. Make sure it's a very thin line, and only cover around 1/5 of the length of your lid.
You can also try a white eyeliner on the inside corner, and 1/4 way across the bottom lid. will help to make them appear wider, and a lot fresher

If you are really interested in making your eyes look bigger, then you can do several things. One such thing would be to put eye liner and eye shadow around your eyes. I always find this to work on females that I see. The eye shadow will give your eyes depth, thus causing them to look bigger. What the eye liner can do is allow you to "re-shape" your eyes, if you will. This reshaping of the eyes will allow you to form then in any given shape that you would like.
