Leap year 2008.....

so, any of you girls thinking of popping the question? Do you think in this day and age of equality that its perfectly ok for the female to propose....or do some of you still like the idea of him proposing?

Hi smileymuppet, Welcome to myLot, I hope you will like it here and make many friends. I think it is perfectly fine for a girl to propose any time, she doesn't have to wait for a leap year. Blessings.

I think that it is ok to propose, but if for example the girl proposes, she should bear in mind that for a relationship to work it should be the both of them working on it and not merely her efforts alone. Though, I still feel that lots of girls out there are still traditional. :)
