What happend now then?

When i logged on today i still got 21 cent. Like yesterday. It says that my earnings have been updatet 23 hours ago, but i still haven't got my money? What is wrong and why didn't i get money? Thank you!

My lot only updates every 24 hours, roughly around 9am CST.
