Oh can you send one book to me please I always forget to buy one LOL. I swear if my son doesnt make a sound I will forget I have him. Somethimes in shops I panic because I can find my boy only to remember that I didnt take him with me. I have to check stoves, lights, door 10 times before I go out because I somethimes forget to lock door, and turn lights, iron or stove off. Lucky no incidents so far.

LOL!! your funny. see you need to get a poster board, put it some place you walk pass every day, and the write on it all those things you need to do at home. turn off lights, stove etc... but get you a little book to keep in your bag so you can write things down as soon as they come up

I have a weird type of memory. I can quote huge chunks of dialogue from movies that I have only seen once, but have a terrible time remembering names of people that I have just met.
I have also found that as I get older I tend to.........wait, what was the question again?

I've got a good memory but only for things that I need to remember. If I don't want to remember something, it's easy to forget.
My husband remembers almost everything that's happened in his life...seriously, he even remembers incidents from when he was a year old (and everyone else has forgotten) ...but he keeps forgetting simple things like my name!
He remembers incidents and I remember the things that need to be done. So, memory wise, we have a great combo..lol!

This one makes me laugh. My husband is always making comments about me and my lists. I've been making them for years. It has helped me in so many ways.
I still keep my lists and make them new everyday. It's a way to make sure you cover all your bases, do all the things you should, and helps your memory grow strong. To write something down on paper etches it in the little computer in your brain as well.
Keeping lists is a sign of a productive, successful business savey person. It will eventually become as natural as breathing.

Lists are a good thing. They keep you sane. Plus - it helps to amemba the milk.

I usually remember things I need to do but I quite easily forget things I have already done. I've also got a terribly name memory, I can never remember names or faces of people that I don't know well. I don't have a book to write things down in though. Could definately use one, but I'd probably forget it somewhere.

My memory is average and there is no need to worry about the memory problem. It is possible to increase your memory power by practicing yoga or by doing mediation. In ayurveda there is a medicinal plant called brahmi, which can increase your memory power.Up to some extend, memory power depends on our hereditary factor.

My short term memory is bad, girl. I make a list and keep it on my kitchen island. Otherwise I'd forget everything! I also keep a detailed calendar.

Good in some parts and bad in others. I have a to do book and calendar to remind me of important things - sometimes I even forget to write in them both LOL

I definitely need a book, but I don't know what good it would do me. Just look below to see what I mean! LOL
My memory is bad. So bad in fact that I had forgotten to buy toilet paper for 3 days even though I was at the store everyday for those three days AND I had it written down on my list. I somehow missed reading it on the list each time and when I'd get home I'd remember that I had forgotten the toilet paper! Talk about a memory lapse! And I needed toilet paper desperately as I was out! You think that alone would have helped me to remember, but no such luck! :P LOL

Hi,there! I used to have a very good memory when I was young.I could remember things pretty fast and pretty well. However,I find that I'm not that good now.I don't know why.Maybe it's because I don't practise that much nowadays.I'm somehow sad with that and a little bit worried.I hope I can do better from now on and I'll try to practise more:) Thanks for the discussion and I hope you'll do better in the future.Have a nice day^_^

My memory is mediocre. I am not bad enough to need a book, but a list is probably something I should use more often. I am a little forgetful and if I get busy I often forget to eat. It is just that simple. I like to blame it on my artistic spirit!

I love lists, but I forget to write them. Actually I think I blame my memory, but it's actually my laziness haha. My memory is mostly ok, I actually remember my mistakes now which is good so I dont't repeat them. To sum it up, My memory is ok, yay!
