Are they tryin to make another hogan outta cena?

2 talentless superstars with about 4 lazy moves in their entire arsenal. both kept getting a huge u undeserving push over better canditates. both have infinitely long title reigns and in their time, both were portrayed as supermen. the similarities are makin me nauseous. are the bosses choosin cena to carry the torch for the next 2 decades

It does seem there taking a hulk hogan like approach when it comes to cena. I actually think hogans matches were better than cenas and thats kinda sad. Cena does appeal to the women though. I find it hard to believe though that cena will carry the torch for 2 decades though. I don' see it happening. Wrestling has way to much competition these days. Its not like the 80s.

All wrestler are portrayed as supermen... So I doubt that's the case. In any case, we know wrestling is scripted. If they decide to script it in a way to make John Cena dominant for the next 20 years, we have 2 options: watch it, or don't. It's in our hands

I think they are taking a whole different approach. I mean if you watch some of Cena's matches he has tons of moves, he is as technically sound as most wrestlers. But if you want to compare, let's look at it:
John Cena's signature moves (or the lazy moves you refer to) are the FU, STFU and 5 Knuckle Shuffle (which is a ridiculous move to have) He has been in a movie, Held titles for long periods of times, Great backstage and in ring interviews, People love and hate him.
Rock's signatures moves are the Rock Bottom, Sharpshooter and The Peoples Elbow (yes, another ridiculous move) He has been in movies, held the titles for long periods of times and probably has cut some of the most hilarious promos ever.
So tell me, in what way are they trying to turn Cena in to Hulk? I think Cena is a great Sports Entertainer and will have the ability to carry that torch for as long as he wants to.
