Make Your Own Website for FREE (Advice Needed)

Hello to my fellow myLotians. I'm here again, to ask your advice. I'd like to have my own website, but I can't afford to spend any money on one. So, I'm hoping that someone out there knows of a place to get my own website. I want a place that's reliable and won't start charging aftering a certain period of time, and that won't "close up shop" after a short period of time. I need reliability, because if I'm gonna put all this work into it, I want it to last. So please let me know which are good, and which are bad. Thanks in advance for your assistance!!!
