URL Rotators

Hey Everyone, do any of you use a URL rotator to promote multiple sites at one link? Or have you? If so, do you have a free one you would recommend? I'm trying to check them out for someone, but want to know everyone's opinion on which one is good. Also, if you have any tips or advice for using them, let me know. Thanks in advance!

Yes, Talisman,
There is a link on my website that will take you to get a free rotator.
I use one in one of the surf sites.
Not all of them will accept a rotator but I know one that does.
