I heard a friend tell me of a person that was arrested and serviced time in a Fedral prision for Molsting his daughter....
After he was released he went to work in a Fast Food Place in a different state... I don't think they should allow him to work there but the hired him fresh out of prision...
Should you inform the Management Company they are working there or should you let someone else know

I think he payed his dues to the public and she be given an opportunity to make a living. At least he is trying. The employer probably knows of his background because they usually do a background check. Plus, without knowing the complete details of the incident that put him in jail, I would let him live his life in peace. He's trying to be a contributing member of society again.

I do agree JoyceRenee, as long as he is not working with young children

Chances are if they hired him fresh out of prison they would have run a background check on him. If you really feel the need to let them know then you might let the manager of the place know discreetly...after all he has served his time and like it or not he's free to continue on with his life.
