Fairer to let him go!?!

If you were in a once loving relationship and the love for your partner has gone, would you stay with him because your comfortable or leave.
I would leave, i would feel selfish and guilt ridden at holding on to his heart knowing that i no longer cherished it. If i was to leave then he may be hurt for a while bbut he would recover and find someone that could give him the world, the whole of their heart and treat him with the love and respect that everyone deserves. It would hurt me too admitting that it had to end but in the long run i couldn't hold onto his heart if mine wasn't completely devoted to him.
What are your opinions?

It wouldn't be fair to stay with someone you no longer love. I would let it go. I would rather be free than with someone who I don't love....

yeah, i would agree that it would be fair to let a person go if you don't feel any love anymore. i would do the same if i were in that shoe. but i know it will be very difficult especially if both of you have gotten used with each other's company. and i believe it will always be fair to follow one's heart.
