If you are looking for something sentimental, how about a kit for doing their hand prints or footprints in clay? Or special photo frames, scrapbooks or a page for each baby documenting the holiday and the events surrounding their birth, to go into a scrapbook. I have a calendar instead of a baby book for documenting my son's milestones. You could get a special calendar for each of them so your friend can write down special days and events in their lives.

Congratulations to your friend on her new arrivals. Question, does she already have receiving blankets for the boys? If not, a nice blanket set would be a great gift. Also, if they are already at home, you could get some onezies and bottles, rattles and pacifiers, or something like that. You might want to ask her what she needs and then go from there because if she had a baby shower, she may have lots of these things and only need pampers and bibs....things she will always need.
Hope this helps!!

Here in Australia you can buy teddy bears from the post office, well you order them from the post office anyway!
They're all the same in appearance but come with your choice of 3 or 4 different coloured/patterened bows etc.
On 1 foot of the bear, the year of birth is embroided, on the other foot, a first name & date of birth - they're really very cute. For twins you could get them 1 each but with slightly different coloured/patterned bows - they are different people!
I don't know if you can get them there but you could always buy 2 bears that are similar & find someone who can embroid details on there or maybe find a place there that does personalised teddies for special occasions. You could also do the same thing with rattles, blankets & such - just remember to not get identical ones :)
