Digital cameras

I'm buying a new digital camera. I've been searching the offers for quite some time, and I really cannot decide which camera to buy. I want something in the 100-150$ price range (US shops) and I have few favorite candidates: Canon PowerShot A560 135$ and Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ6S 150$. I'm open for suggestions, if someone has experience with the new digital cameras, please share it with me.

I have DSC - H3 Sony Purchased in Oct2007 with 10x digital and Power Shot + face detector + 7.2Mp with compact size. It has stand out best for me compared to 3x zoom normal cameras. The 1GB card help if you would like to shoot movie etc

Thanks for the response, I've already bought Canon A560 7Mp, 4x optical zoom camera with 2GB mem card.
