Help me to choose my blog!

I've heard that many foreigners are very interested in China,like kongfu,dish and so on.I'd like to introduce our China through my blog,but now I am worry about which sever or host should I choose.Because I must make sure that people from all over the world can visit it,I can't choose google's blog,and wordpress blog,because I can't visit in China.
I want to get a free one at the beginning,if the visitors become larger,I will buy charge space for my blog,so is there anybody can help me?

You might want to try Blogspot, that's where I have my blogs. However if you plan on changing to a paid server later you might want to just do that now because once you have a popular blog and you get a good page rank, when you switch you'll have to start all over again as far page rank.
