Adult Naps

Yeah i do. I dont take one every day though. Only when im feeling extremely tired. Its nice to be able to take a nap with your significant other. =)

i find that i take allot of naps now as i am getting older. and it feels good to . i use to make fun of my friends when they would say they are going to go take a nap. now i am the napper ha ha

Hi,the only time that i took naps was when my daughter was little.I was very tired and would go sleep in my bed with her every afternoon,while cuddling up together.Since then i do not,but lately i find myself tired more due to the winter blues and lots of snow and lack of sleep from the christmas season and all,so the last couple of days even my daughter who is 5 years old in february wants to take naps,so i go with her.I love cuddling up in a warm bed with her tiny body beside mine,because someday soon she will not want this because they grow up sooo fast,so i seize the moment as you would say,haha.:(My boyfriend on the other hand takes naps as often as he can from working 14 hour shifts in the woods,he tends to become burnt out and this helps him. me and my partner both nap if we feel the need to, in my eyes if you can easily fall asleep as you are tired then its your bodies way of saying you need some sleep xxx

I have never been able to sleep during the day! I envy that you can because I just cannot seem to relax enough to nap. That's probably why I was so tired when I had my baby...

I .... LOVE... naps. I take one or two a day... sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 3 hours. I admit to love taking naps with my SO too even though we don't get to do so very often.

I don't make a habit of napping, but I do nap occasionally when I need to. Some nights I may not be able to sleep, or I may be too involved in a project, and loose track of the time, thus making me need a nap in the afternoon the next day. It all depends on the circumstances.

ya I too like to take naps. when I go over to my bf's house alot of the time we will take a ape together. It helps scence we normally stay up so late.
