Do your friends have similar traits as you? I think most of my friends are quiet, introvert and very independent people just like me. My closest friends have few friends as well, and like me, they are not much into partying. So how would you describe your circle of friends?

its true. me and my friends have a lot of things in common but its also true that we have a lot of differences. and that differences somehow also bind us together. its not only the common things that attract us to a person, its also the differences. opposite poles attract. and besides, its also fun and healthy to be on the opposite sides sometimes, like you're arguing or debating. it keeps the relationship alive. ^__^ and the common things would balance the differences.

I have a variety of friends. Some are closer to me, some are completely different and we balance each other out LOL
SOmetimes I will reach for the ones that are closer to me, when I need to talk about something that is worrying me or something... other times I want different opinions and reach for the other group. Regardless of how close to me they are, there's always that closest group that I am more in touch with.

I do not really have a circle of friends at the moment. But I think it is important to have friends that will support you and stand by you. They don't always have to be the same as you. You might end up with friends that are very much like you, and others that are much the opposite. That is fine. It is always good to see the other sides of life and experience all types of people. Myself, I can relate quite well to you, for I am much the same.

My friends are a nice mix of all kinds. I am speaking of my internet friends though which I consider to be my best friends. My best "real" friend is in China, so I don't have any offline friends at the moment. I don't have a criteria of what my friends should be like, but I am picky. I want friends who are open about everything and tells me the truth no matter what and can discuss anything with me, including "embarassing" subjects. It's strange but most of my friends are female. I feel that they are better listeners and are much more compatible to my way of thinking and I can discuss absolutely anything with them :)
