transferring money from moneybookers

i'm in a country where paypal isn't available so i instead got a moneybookers account to retrieve my earnings. now i'm having trouble finding a way to use my "e-cash".can i transfer money from moneybookers to say; a bank in the philippines?

That is a really good question since I am having the same issue and i don't know how to use the money i have in moneybookers. Can i transfer it to my bank account in Jordan?
