Have you tried a diet and failed miserably?

Are you always "in diet" but you don't loose even a pound? Have you tried a lot of diets and always be the same in the end? Then share your sadness with me Have you lose 20 pounds in a few months? Then tell me HOW! I think I've tried at least five different diets, but it's always the same: I loose some pounds in two or three then something happens and I regain them ALL. I'm not obese, I only need to loose 7-8 kilos (14-16 pounds I think) but it's impossible for me!

I think the word diet is a four letter word. I find when I tell myself I am on a diet and that I can't have this or that, I think about it all the time. When I tell myself I am going to eat healthier and enjoy what I want. Then I don't eat junk food all the time. I found little tricks to helping with portion control as well. I started buying frozen dinners, and then eating one of them. To help me fill full, I add some veggies, and some tea. Tea is really good for dextoxing your body and helping you boost your metabolisim. Another thing I found that helps is if I cut out soda, and most processed candy items. I still allow myself chocolate, just I eat the organic stuff, you can find it in many different types its also a lot tastier then the stuff you buy normally I think.

You're right, maybe the worse thing is if I think "I'm on diet" then I'm thinking about it all day. The strangest thing is I don't eat very much, I don't eat too much junk food and I eat only one thing, like pasta for lunch and meat for dinner I have an horrible metabolism, maybe

I hve never tried but i saw many people loosing their weight !! Do you know Adnan Sami ? He was really fat but he lost more 100 pounds something !! Now he is hosting program in television !!she is slim now!!I read he use to eat only chips and did gr8 excercise !!you should also tried that if u wanna loose some !!

I have never tried this and will not try ..i hate it ..I will suggest little and more frequesnt.Your diet should be balanced . Fruits Vegetables milk etc . Balanced diet and little bit of workout can help you in loosing weight
