how would you start a pay per post site?

I know you would need a domain name & hosting...and naturally some advertising...
but what would you use to actually develop the site so you track everything?
My wheels are spinning with an idea again :)
i thought i saw a post about this on here before, but now can't seem to find it.

I too wanted to start such kind of site , and have posted here once before looking for people who will help me and be partners in return, but i didn't get any response to that discussion . I am also on the way of making a pay per post forum like .
I can help you if you want , why don't we do it together , i am sure you will need someone to maintain such a large forum .

Well i just want my partner to do the same work as me , u know u cannot run a huge site alone right , and here i am in college so it is difficult for me here to load scripts etc, so i would prefer someone with some technicalities into this

Are you looking for a moderator? I have the experience for this job. I would like to work for you, as you already said you can't run it all by yourself. So, I'm guessing that you need one, BTW I work as paid poster.
