Do you have a long holiday to celebrate the new year's coming?

My winter vocation will begin soon.The most of important festival in China is Spring Festival and all people will have a holiday to stay with family and have a rest after a busy year.But still there are some people cant leave their work and spend the New year's Eve with family.What about your new year's holiday?

i think you mean the vacation is beginning soon? winter vocation would be like a job in winter. :)
well, there is a half day today in my country so most of us are at work on new year's eve. which is not very nice since the weekend just passed and tuesday is a public holiday. but to take monday off, you need to use a full day's leave. so it's not very worth it. most people just come to work for half day.
