Well the best time is first thing in the morning without eating.after your workout eat eggs, tomatoes, porridge and anything with protein( not fat stuff) If you have eaten before you exercise then 2 -3 hours. I read this and applied it and it works fabulously. I feel great all the time I dont get tired and research shows that if you exercise in the morning you will keep with it. Evening exercisers often stop.

I don't really advise early morning work out sessions because people's energy levels are actually lowest between 3am and 7am due to Circadium rthyms. However, if you have to do morning exercise, avoid eating breakfast prior to such activity. Eat your meal after the workout to replenish the body's needed nutrients and protein.
