HP or DELL ??

Throughout the years repairing and using branded laptops I got with the Dell Laptops - why? Well for one I have not had one Dell Laptop that had gone bad on me except just a power adapter. I've used older and newer Dells which have better stability and reliability with its hardware. The only thing I do not like about Dells is their pre-installed bundled software which most of it is junk besides using either Windows XP or Windows Vista. I usually just remove their programs and put my own depending on my use. Now about HP laptops - I despise them! Why? For how many times I've had customers bring over their new HP laptops and their hard drives always crash - can't be formatted anymore or it loses its speed that it can't function anymore like it used to. I've must've had about nearly 50 of these laptops that have had their hard drives fail.

i find better dell but although the last two years i use acer laptops

I got chance to use dell brand. It is still I have. It is performance is good. I did not get any complaint up till now. HP is also a good company. But I did not get the chance to use the laptop of this popular company.

My laptop is HP, and my gf's is Dell,we often joke each other for choosing a bad laptop~~ happy new year!

Dell is cheaper usually, but HP has slightly better support.

hp make solid laptops however you have to send them off to be repaired. dell will come and collect if you get a collect and return policy, usually with a turn around of 3 days. i have both a dell desktop and a hp laptop, and the products both perform well. just the aftercare with both is a nuisance.

i love hp brand hp is better than dell

well I have a Dell and I hate it. I have nothing but problems with it and their customer service sucks so I would have to go with an HP.

My laptop is hp compaq presario. 15" wide screen. I like hp design . I think hp and dell same. But you must look for what you want to do. Important thing , how you set up your laptop.

I love my hp. The computer people at work tell my they have a lot of problems with Dell laptops.

Maybe HP more better.. Cause is cheap and the lifetime is very long.. And i like the battery.. Uptime at least 2-3 hours..
