Symptoms during diagnosis

What were the symptoms observed at the time of diagnosis of MS?
Symptoms like difficulty in balancing or concentrating, tripping over while walking, shaky sights, severe headache or pain near eyes/forehead, difficulty in connecting thoughts, getting over emotional, getting tensed for silly reasons, urgency for stomach/bladder emptying...etc?

I have MS. I've had it since the Spring of '88, but didn'y know I had it unil Feb. of 2005.
My first symptom was my bision. The only way I can describe it is that things seemed bright. Sunny days were the worst. I started having problems walking around 2002 or 2003.
My symptoms are vision, balance, walking, bladder and bowel dysfunction, cognitive dysfunction, chronic pain. There may be others that I've missed. I don't get headaches or have any pain around the eyes.
