We didn't expect you so soon, but what can we do? There is no turning back the hands of time; the things in the past, we cannot re-do. Hello New Year. You caught most of us by surprise. It's amazing just how quickly you come and how quickly you go. But welcome New Year, for you are the chance for a brand new start. Some of us will take you for granted. Others will live up to our very own expectations. But for the most part, the world will have an opportunity to do better than before. 2008, I am ready for you. I just hope that the rest of the world is too!
For those of you who have set resolutions in the past and have not been able to follow through with them, I urge you to make an extra effort this year. Be thankful that you will be seeing 2008 and know that seconds, hours, days, months, and years are never guaranteed. Life is not always what it seems, it is what we make it. Forget about what happened last year and get ready to face what is to come. If you have any advice to share with your myLot friends, please do. See you in 2008 and stay positive! God Bless!

Thankyou purposedriven (and you are-- that smile is shining you right on into 2009 already) ! Yes, the year goes by fast and the pace is gobbled up in activity, success, failure and perseverence. I, too, am looking forward to challenge with honor, integrity, a passion unleashed that will creatively help me to express myself through life.
In marketing myself and what I do better, I will aim towards helping those who also share in a vision of authenticity in philanthropic servitude. Those that want to see the change are the change and those are who I follow . . .
sharing the light and happy new year,

And thank you as well. 2008, it's here! How excited is that! I am just eager to see what new things life and the good Lord will bring. It's so nice to meet people who follow in your own mindset or even live life on a loving, caring, and sharing note. To know that there are others out there who are willing to provide knowledge, guidance, and understanding to those in need of it...just fills me up with joy. I took a quick look at your site. You are wise and seem to be very connected with yourself on a spiritual level and to helping others. I appreciate that as we seldom see people like that in the world. I will have to go back on your site, but tell me...how did you get so interested in what you do? I always like to hear people talk about their purpose in life and their passions. I hope that the New Year brings you lots of hope, fulfillment, and good health. Be blessed and always positive.

Thank you for responding and for your compliment. I hope that all of your New Year's Resolutions become reality. I always ask myself 'if I don't begin, how would I get to the results at the end?' Starting off with a positive foot and focus is always a good idea. May you have a wonderful and happy 2008!
