the 2008 cigarette tax

The big increase in the cigarette tax is (supposed) to pay for a $35 billion expansion of the Children’s Health Insurance Program over the next five years... President Bush, counter proposed a much smaller increase, $5 billion over five years.. but congress is set on attaining a much larger increase, of $50 billion over five years.. - do you think eventually we will have cigarette wars, and gangs rising to power selling cigarettes? Do you think we will hear news reports of murders over cigarettes?

They just might hae wars over them if they keep putting taxes on them they already have enough let them get some form lipstick or tsomething else
