How do you save your character and upload it on the internet?

I see people doing it all the time, i want to upload my personal character online a few places but I don't know how.can any sims2 fans help me? I only own sims2 games on windows.

I think you can see your character file on your document and settings folder My Document EA GAMES Then search yourself ^^ Im Sorry.. Im Forgot the folder :P
Do you know how to download package ?

I'll try what you say here. but what do you mean download package? do you mean down stuff off the net? that i do know how. but learning where to put it all.
