New item for auction... SNOW!!

Canada

The strange tale of a Quebec man who tried to sell a snowbank on eBay took another turn Sunday, when a buyer came through with $3,550. The seller, Michel Levesque, auctioned off the snow in his front yard to raise money for charity. There are some really weird things for sale these days on eBay but atleast it was for a good cause. Would you have bid on snow?

REALLY? Paid for snow? Did they check the sanity of the buyer? (I assume the seller was just an opportunist! And where do I sign up? We have lots and lots of snow in Minneapolis (america) right now. I figure all the snow in our front yard would yield about 12 full size garden trash bags full! Enough to keep anyone happy to see!! (And us happy to see it go).

Lol. Most of our snow melted from our last storm. There had been a lot of it, all the way up a six foot fence by the time we cleared it from the driveway.

I really wouldn't pay that much for something I wouldn't receive anyways, but there are many stories of strange things being sold on eBay. It's a hoot when you find them though.
