Did you cook for the new year? What did you prepare?

Being someone who lives with my mom, I don't think of cooking often. My mother does the cooking. However, this New Year, she spent her New Year in my sister's place. hahaha we have to retrieve our cooking skills! and yes!! I prepared Sweet and Sour Fish (Sweet and Sour Lapu Lapu). I thought it won't taste good. Haven't cooked for quite sometime now. But well, it was great! They loved it! Do you cook? What did you cook for New Year's Eve?

I also stay with my parents. so i have not cooked anything. Actually today my office is also open. But we are going to have some good fish preparations,chicken,sweet etc. But I cook sometimes at home.

Tonight for supper was fried chicken,haha!I plan on doing a new years day supper with ci-pate.It is a mixture of meats(chicken,pork,beef)all cubed,with potatoes cubed and spice(all-spice).Mixed al together,put in a roasting pan and adding some shortening into it(alittle),water and with a thick dough crust on top.Its amazing the smell when its slow cooking in the oven for 4 hours,haha.A long time to cook but yummy.
